How to Request a Refund

  • Include your full name, course name, and date of enrollment
  • Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 days of enrollment
  • The course has not been completed and certificate issued (except in exceptional circumstances)
  • The request is not part of a pattern of repeated purchases and refunds

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses completed more than 14 days ago
  • Corporate or team training packages (governed by separate agreements)
  • One-on-one mentoring sessions that have already been conducted
  • Subscription services after the initial 14-day period

Course Transfers

As an alternative to a refund, you may request a transfer to a different course within 7 days of enrollment. The new course must be of equal or lesser value. If the new course costs more, you will need to pay the difference. Transfers are limited to one per original enrollment.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing course content, please contact our support team first. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we are unable to resolve the technical problem within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund even outside the standard 14-day window.
